On May 18, 2020, Digital Afrique Telecom (DAT) revolutionized the delivery process for businesses with the launch of its Smart delivery app.
The innovative app enables customers to place orders based on available stock, select their preferred delivery date and location, and track their order status in real-time.
By streamlining the delivery process, DAT aims to save businesses time and money, while also enhancing the customer experience.
According to Simplice Anoh, founder and CEO of DAT, the Smart delivery app is 'bringing together customers and businesses on a whole new level of delivery service experience.' He emphasized that consumers can remain safe at home while receiving their orders, and businesses can track their sales objectives.
The app also allows delivery staff to be managed in real-time, with features such as order tracking, stock calculation, and customer notification.
Furthermore, DAT has integrated its delivery application with a WhatsApp chatbot, enabling customers to place orders through automated steps. A QR code is generated at the end of the order, linking it to the app and triggering the delivery process.
The Smart delivery app provides businesses with a comprehensive back office to track orders, stock, and sales generated by the delivery activity.
