Kenyan Gospel Star Mourns Sister's Passing

Ben Cyco, a Kenyan gospel star, has bid farewell to his baby sister Joy Wairuri, who succumbed to cancer on May 10, 2020, after a grueling battle with acute myeloid leukemia.

Despite the pain and regret that comes with losing a loved one, Cyco chose to celebrate his sister's life and faith in God, saying she was 'celebrating because it is well.'

On his Instagram page, Cyco expressed gratitude to everyone who stood with him and his family during this difficult time, thanking them for their prayers, messages, and financial support.

Cyco also shared a heartfelt message, remembering the good times with his sister and celebrating her courage in the face of adversity.

Ben Cyco laid his baby sister to rest in a private family event in Kamune, Central Kenya, just as she was about to turn a year older.
