As the 2020/2021 Kenyan Premier League season approaches, AFC Leopards is gearing up to make a strong comeback, thanks to its resolve to keep its top players. In an exclusive interview, club chairman Dan Shikanda revealed that the team has a plan to build a strong and formidable squad that will work in harmony.

Shikanda dismissed rumors that the club is willing to let go of its star players, saying that no one has approached Ingwe seeking to sign any of their top players. He attributed the claims to mere rumors and propaganda.

Despite facing financial woes, the team is optimistic about its chances of ending the 21-year title drought. The last win was in 1998, and the team is looking to make a comeback in the 2020/21 season.

Leopards' coach Anthony Kimani has shown a desire to work with the club for a longer period, aiming to bring back the team's lost glory. The team's current crop of players has shown great potential, with striker Elvis Rupia and midfielder Austine Odhiambo settling quickly in their positions.

With the Sports Dispute Tribunal (SDT) temporarily suspending Football Kenya Federation's (FKF) decision to cancel the league season, Leopards is looking to make a strong comeback. The team's fans are urged to maintain the spirit and support the team as they strive to achieve their goals.
