On May 17, 2020, Gor Mahia made history by becoming the first club in Kenya to unveil a mobile app, marking a significant step towards digitizing its content and history.

The Gor Mahia App was approved by Google after six months of trials, allowing fans to download and share it on their phones.

The app's features include chats, live streaming, profiles, match tickets, a gallery, and shops, which will be fully operational once the 2020/21 season kicks off.

Despite facing financial constraints due to lack of sponsorship, the club hopes to attract more fans through this platform and give them a channel of getting involved in the running of the club.

According to the club, the app will also provide an updated news feed, match fixtures, and results on league matches and continental competitions.
