On May 2, Tecra Muigai, the younger sister of Anerlisa Muigai, tragically passed away in a city hospital due to injuries sustained from a fall down a flight of stairs in Lamu.
According to reports, Tecra had visited her boyfriend Omar Lali in Lamu before the incident occurred.
Tecra was the strategy and information director at Keroche Breweries, a position she held until her untimely death.
Her burial ceremony was attended by several dignitaries, including Maina Kageni, Raila Odinga, Nakuru Governor Lee Kinyanjui, Ida Odinga, and Moses Wetangula.
Anerlisa Muigai later took to social media to acknowledge the friends who had stood by her during the mourning period, sharing a quote by Ritu Chatourney that read, 'It is during the worst times of your life that you will get to see the true colors of the people who say they care for you.'
