With many people staying home due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Holy Dave has found a new passion in the kitchen, much to the delight of women.
From baking to making pilau, Dave's culinary skills have been praised by prominent radio personality Maina Kageni, who took to social media to express his admiration.
"You're a chef and a half!!!! A great example of utilizing time well…" Maina wrote on his social media account.
However, not everyone is impressed. A male fan took to social media to express his concerns, claiming that Holy Dave is 'stealing' women from their partners.
But Holy Dave has come out to reassure Kenyan men that he means no harm, stating that he is simply passing time during the pandemic by entertaining his social media followers.
"I'm not even a chef. I'm just an average boy from the streets of Machakos passing time during these tough COVID-19 times as I entertain my Social Media followers," he said in a statement.
Despite the controversy, Holy Dave's cooking has been a source of joy for many, and he continues to share his culinary creations with his followers.
