On May 14, 2020, Florida authorities issued arrest warrants for two NFL players, DeAndre Baker and Quinton Dunbar, in connection with an alleged armed robbery in Miramar, near Miami.

According to the arrest warrant, Baker and Dunbar were at a cookout at a home when an argument began. Baker allegedly pulled out a firearm and directed two other individuals, including Dunbar, to rob other guests.

Witnesses told police that the two allegedly took thousands of dollars in cash, expensive watches, and other valuables before departing in separate cars.

One witness reported that Dunbar was armed with a gun, while another indicated he might not have been.

Despite the allegations, the NFL players' representatives have not commented on the matter.

Both Baker and Dunbar have had successful careers in the NFL. Baker, a cornerback for the New York Giants, started 15 games in his rookie season and recorded 61 tackles. Dunbar, a cornerback for the Seattle Seahawks, notched 37 tackles in 11 games for the Washington Redskins last season.
