On May 13, 2020, Gladys Boss, the Women Representative for Uasin Gishu, expressed her concerns about the campaign strategy of William Ruto, the Deputy President of Kenya.
According to Boss, Ruto's decision to send out SMS invitations the day before a rally is not sufficient to attract a large crowd.
'Raphael Tuju sent out SMS's the day before, that is not sufficient invitation,' Boss stated.
Her comments come as Ruto's campaign for the presidency gains momentum, with many questioning his chances of success.
