Android 10 has finally arrived for the Nokia 3.1 Plus, marking a major upgrade for the device over a year since its last significant update to Android 9 Pie in March 2019.
As per HMD Global's revised update schedule published in March 2020, the Nokia 3.1 Plus was the last device from its first-generation lineup to receive the Android 10 update. The update is now available in the usual first wave markets and is expected to roll out to all users by the end of the month.
The update clocks in at 1.24GB and includes the April 2020 patch, ensuring that the device remains secure and up-to-date. The Nokia 3.1 Plus has been available in Kenya since the start of 2019, offering users a much-needed alternative for enjoying VoLTE calls.
