On May 13, 2020, President Uhuru Kenyatta convened a meeting with Jubilee Party nominated senators, but five of them failed to attend.
According to Jubilee Secretary General Raphael Tuju, the senators who snubbed the meeting will face disciplinary action.
The affected senators include Falhada Iman Dekow, Millicent Omanga, Victor Prengei, Naomi Jillo, and Mary Seneta Yiane.
