With a large following and a reputation for being a nice guy, Nviiri often receives numerous direct messages from women. However, he has revealed that responding to these messages can be a recipe for disaster.
In an Instagram video, Nviiri shared his concerns about the dangers of sliding into women's DMs. He noted that the situation has become increasingly treacherous, with some women even capable of making men leave their relationships and start new ones.
"Honestly, my DM looks very good. A matter of fact, it has never looked this good. All types of women on my DM. There are even women who can make you leave your relationship and make you start another one and leave that one and start another one. It's tough out here," Nviiri said.
He advised fellow artists to exercise caution when responding to messages from women, warning that screenshots can be taken and shared, leading to unintended consequences. "The moment you reply with a love heart emoji and you try to shoot your shot, there is something we call screenshots. This has really messed with poor single artistes. So take care of yourselves, it is a no go zone," Nviiri cautioned.
His warning comes after several high-profile cases of artists being exposed online, including DNG, whose girlfriend left him after seeing screenshots of their private messages.
