Renowned event organizer Telehmani, popularly known as Tele, has finally addressed the scandal surrounding the non-appearance of South African comedian Trevor Noah on DJ Stylez's live music mix.
As reported earlier, DJ Stylez had announced that Trevor Noah would be joining him live on his social media platform, courtesy of Tele. However, when the time came, Tele failed to deliver, leaving DJ Stylez and his fans disappointed.
Tele has now confessed to photoshopping a call with Trevor Noah, which he had posted on social media to hype up the event. In an interview with Shaffie Weru, Tele took full responsibility for the incident, blaming his pride and embarrassment for his actions.
According to Tele, he had been informed of a possible double booking, but he chose to ignore it and went ahead with the live event, confident that Trevor Noah would still appear. However, when he failed to deliver, Tele blacked out due to excessive drinking and was unreachable by DJ Stylez.
Tele's confession has sparked a lot of reactions from fans and followers, with many expressing disappointment and shock at his actions. DJ Stylez has yet to respond to the incident, but Tele has taken full responsibility for his actions.
