Comedienne Jemutai, a popular face on Churchill Show, has revealed she is done bearing children. In a recent interview, she shared her reasons for this decision.
According to Jemutai, having two children is a perfect number for her, and she is now focused on raising them. She drew inspiration from her own childhood, where she was one of two siblings.
Speaking during an interview with Daniel Ndambuki, Jemutai shared her childhood experience, saying, 'Growing up we were only two siblings, my brother and I. So unlike other people we did not have to fight for slice ya mwisho ya mkate, he took one I took the other. I studied I.T. while my brother did engineering.'
She also revealed that her youngest child is just six months old, and she has decided to stop at two. Jemutai shared that she is content with her family size, just like her mother, who also had two children.
Sharing her story on Churchill Show's 'Journey to Stardom' series, Jemutai also shared a hilarious anecdote about her first date, which was a disaster. She said, 'My first date was in Elgeyo Marakwet. It started raining we did not even get a chance to talk much. On going back home it was not raining so I was given a beating.'
