May 12, 2020, marked the beginning of the end for Azziad Nasenya, the TikTok sensation who had captured the hearts of many Kenyan men with her dance moves and captivating beauty. However, her rise to fame was short-lived, and she has since been forgotten.

According to sources, Azziad's fame was fueled by her appearance on TikTok, where she danced to the popular song 'Utawezana' by Femi One and Mejja. Her lithe waist and captivating dance moves made her an instant hit, with many Kenyan men blowing up her phone with propositions and requests for dates.

However, Azziad's newfound fame came with a price. She was subjected to cyberbullying and criticism from some quarters, with some people mocking her for her heavy reliance on makeup for her aesthetic beauty. Despite this, Azziad remained a popular figure on social media, with over 300,000 followers on Instagram.

But as quickly as she appeared on the scene, Azziad's fame began to wane. She was trending on Twitter late last night, but it was not pretty. Kenyans were at her neck, reminding her that she had outlived her 15 minutes of fame.

As one Twitter user put it, 'If Azziad was a fruit on Twitter, she would be rotten by now.' The tweet, which has gone viral, sums up the sentiment of many Kenyans who feel that Azziad's time in the spotlight has come and gone.

Despite this, Azziad remains a smart girl who has made the most of her time in the spotlight. She has well over 300,000 followers on Instagram, and her TikTok and Twitter followers are still going strong.

However, it is difficult to see a way Azziad will reclaim or taste the levels of popularity she had at the onset of her 2020. Kenyans have a form of collective amnesia that means that once they discard you, they forget about you and are onto the next fad.
