Bahati's life was forever changed when he lost his mother at the tender age of seven. The pain of her absence has stayed with him, but it has also fueled his determination to make her proud.
On Mother's Day, Bahati took to social media to share a poignant tribute to his late mother, captioning a photo of her taken over 35 years ago: "THE ONLY PICTURE I HAVE EVER FOUND OF MY LATE MUM LUCIA MUENI 💔 Taken more than 35 Years ago… At times Looking at it I always Wish I would be granted Just a Day to treat her. Just a Day to Make her Proud. She Died When I was 7 Years Old even before I knew the bitterness of this World. Every Day I work Hard to Make her Proud and May the Lord Rest her Soul in Eternal Peace. R.I.P Mama 🙏🙏🙏 HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY MAMA BAHATI 😭😭😭"
