On November 20, 2018, Italian volunteer Silvia Romano was kidnapped in Kilifi County by gunmen believed to be members of the Al-Shabaab terror group.
After 18 long months in captivity, Romano was finally freed.
A video shared on YouTube shows the emotional reunion between Romano and her family.
