Diamond Platnumz Expands Empire with New Hotel in Dar Es Salaam ¶

Tanzanian singer Diamond Platnumz has added a new 3-star hotel to his growing list of properties in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. The hotel is located in Mikocheni and is part of his expanding real estate portfolio.
According to his manager, Mkubwa fella, Diamond Platnumz already owns 11 mansions in Tanzania and is planning to add more in the near future. The new hotel is expected to be launched soon, but due to the current economic situation, Platnumz is willing to use it as a quarantine area for those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Speaking about the hotel, Diamond Platnumz said, 'I have purchased a hotel in Mikocheni, I have been given the documents, it is under renovation, and I will announce it soon. The hotel I have purchased, I am happy to offer it to the government for use as a quarantine area or hospital until the Corona pandemic is over.'
As part of his efforts to help those affected by the pandemic, Diamond Platnumz has also been paying rent for 500 families in Dar Es Salaam. He shared his gesture on his Instagram page, saying, 'Although I am amongst those affected by this pandemic on an economic level, with the little that God has blessed me with, I have decided to at least offer a helping hand by paying 3 Months house rent to 500 families; as my kind gesture of helping one another during these terrible times of fighting COVID-19.'
