On The Morning Kiss, Kamene and Kibe bring much-needed laughter and real talk to our weekday mornings, especially during these challenging coronavirus times.
During a recent show, Kibe shared his take on how to spot a 'slay queen' in the club, as it was before the pandemic.
"Spotting a slay queen in the past before the Rona was easy. When you go to the club and you see that chic who just bought one drink and you can see she is waiting for other men to come and buy you more. Basically going to the club without a budget," Kibe explained. He also listed other characteristics, including a lady with an attitude when approached, and one who comes into the club early for happy hour offers.
Kibe jokingly told Kamene that if she had been in any of these situations, she would have been considered a 'slay queen' by men in the club.
However, Kamene shared her own perspective, stating that she has never found herself in such situations, preferring to work early and avoid debt, and finding the company of those in the club to be boring and annoying.
These conversations highlight the things we miss talking about or seeing around before the coronavirus pandemic brought everything to a standstill.
