On May 6, 2020, K24 presenter Betty Kyallo shared her thoughts on relationships and family with her fans.
She revealed that she always checks in with her exes by calling them, a habit she says helps maintain good relationships, depending on how they ended.
During an Instagram QnA session, Betty discussed the possibility of getting married again and having more children.
She expressed her desire to have more kids, citing her daughter Ivanna's need for siblings.
"I definitely want more kids because if I don’t give Ivanna another brother or sister atakuwa like yeah mommy talk to my hand because my ears ain’t listening," Betty said.
Reflecting on her previous marriage to journalist Dennis Okari, which ended in divorce, Betty acknowledged that she knows what went wrong and is warming up to the idea of remarrying in the future.
"For a long time I didn’t want to get married after the divorce, but I think I know what went wrong and I know I can be better and I know what I need to look for in somebody. So, I’m starting to warm up to the idea of marriage because for me it was a no. But for now I find myself thinking okay, inaweza," she said.
