Debbie Koks, in a lengthy social media post, pleaded with Kenyans to respect and support people's choices when it comes to relationships.
She argued that love defies logic and that it is not unusual for a woman of privilege to date a man considered to be much inferior.
She cited examples of interracial marriages and relationships between people of different social classes, stating that love has taught us and shown us so many contradictions.
She also mentioned the story of Esther Arunga, who fell in love with a man from a different social class, and argued that we should stop trying to understand the contradictions of love and emotions.
She signed off by saying, 'It is enough that we learn about at this time. She chose a life.'
