Emmy Kosgei's Shocking Confession

Renowned gospel artiste Emmy Kosgei has revealed that no Kalenjin man ever asked her for her hand in marriage, attributing this to their shyness.

Ms Kosgei, who tied the knot with her 62-year-old Nigerian husband, Mr Anselm Madubuko, in 2013, made this confession during an online interview with Alfred Koech via his Facebook page.

She lamented that Kalenjin men spend hours beating around the bush instead of outrightly asking a girl out, citing their introverted nature as a major issue.

Ms Kosgei also disclosed that a good four Kalenjin men approached her, but this was after she had already married Mr Madubuko.

What saddens her most is how many women from her home county in Kenya have settled with Nigerian men, with some even happily married to them.

Ms Kosgei advised her fellow men to stop being slow and take action when it comes to expressing their feelings, rather than resorting to social media attacks.
