Published on April 23, 2020, Tanzanian radio presenter Diva The Bause has been at the center of controversy after admitting to cheating with singer Ali Kiba, even when he was married.
The two had been speculated to be dating even when Kiba was still married to his Kenyan wife Amina Khalef, a claim they both denied earlier.
However, recent developments saw the two at loggerheads, with Diva admitting to cheating with the singer.
She revealed that she was the one who ended her relationship with Kiba in February this year, which got the singer furious.
In a shocking revelation, Diva took to social media to confess her infidelity, stating that she and Ali Kiba had been 'friends and low-key lovers' for a long time.
'ME AND ALI WE CAME ALONG WAY SINCE HIS RETURN IN THE MUSIC WORLD AND YES BOTH AS FRIENDS And LOW KEY LOVERS for a long time,' she wrote.
She also revealed that she ended their relationship on February 16, 2020, and had evidence to back her claim.
'BY THE WAY I END UP everything on 16/2/2020 AND I TOLD ALI AND I HAVE EVIDENCE AS WELL,' she added.
Since announcing her infidelity, Diva has been ridiculed on social media, prompting her to turn her account with over 2.8m followers to private.
However, in a surprising twist, Diva has now vowed not to have sex or be involved with any man this year, thanks to Ali Kiba's heartbreak.
'Sitafanta mapenzi wala kuwa na mwanaume mwaka huu wote wa 2020! Ima stay safe,' she tweeted.
