On April 22, 2020, a COVID-19 outbreak was reported at Jalde Apartments in Ruaka, Kiambu County.
According to reports, four occupants of the apartment complex had tested positive for the virus, prompting the authorities to take swift action.
As a result, 89 residents of the complex were lined up for COVID-19 testing to determine the extent of the outbreak.
The outbreak has left many residents concerned about their health and safety.
