Controversial blogger Xtian Dela, also known as Arthur Mandela, has parted ways with Kiss FM, a leading urban radio station in Kenya.

According to sources, Dela joined Kiss FM in June 2019, alongside Kamene Goro and Andrew Kibe, to produce the station's breakfast show.

However, Dela's lack of experience in producing a radio show proved to be a major challenge, and the ratings began to decline.

Group Programs Controller Pete Sinclair, an Australian national, took notice of the decline and decided to take up the role of producing the breakfast show himself.

As a result, Dela was let go from the station earlier this year, reportedly due to his inability to fulfill his duties.

It's worth noting that Dela was paid a salary of approximately Ksh. 250,000 for his role, but his lack of experience and inability to produce the show made it difficult for the station to justify the cost.
