On April 21, 2020, a dramatic scene unfolded at the Kenya Medical Training Institute facility along Mbagathi Road in Nairobi, Kenya, as 50 patients escaped from mandatory quarantine.

According to reports, the patients had been placed in quarantine due to COVID-19 concerns, but they managed to break free from the facility.

Police immediately launched a manhunt to track down the escaped individuals, but their whereabouts remain unknown at the time of reporting.

A video captured the chaos and confusion that ensued as the patients made their escape.
