On April 20, 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic continued to spread in Kenya. According to a video report, Mombasa and Nairobi's Ruaka Estate accounted for 11 new cases.
Seven cases were reported in Mombasa, while four cases were recorded in Ruaka Estate, Nairobi.
