Co-op Bank clients often face challenges when trying to access cash from their accounts, especially when they lose or misplace their ATM cards. However, the bank has introduced a convenient alternative that allows clients to make card-less withdrawals at the ATM using their phones.

According to Co-op Bank, clients can link their phones to make easy card-less withdrawals at the ATM by following these simple steps: On the MCo-op Cash App, access MCo-op Cash by clicking on the app or dialing the USSD code 667# on their phone. They then enter their MCo-op Cash PIN, select 'Withdraw Cash', and choose the bank account to withdraw from. The minimum withdrawal amount is Kes500, while the maximum is Kes40,000 per single transaction, with a daily limit of Kes200,000.

Once the transaction is confirmed, an SMS with a one-time PIN will be sent to the client's phone, which they will use to complete the withdrawal at the ATM. It's essential to note that the one-time PIN expires in 30 minutes, and clients must ensure they complete the transaction within this timeframe.

By using this card-less withdrawal service, Co-op Bank clients can skip long queues at the bank and access cash quickly, making it a convenient alternative to traditional ATM withdrawals.
