January 14, 2020, marked a significant day in the music industry as Khaligraph Jones, a celebrated Kenyan hip-hop artist, dropped a scathing diss track aimed at Nigerian rappers.

With a co-sign from one of America's greatest rappers, Styles P, last year, Khaligraph's reputation as one of Africa's best hip-hop artists has been solidified.

However, his claim to being the 'King of hip-hop in Africa' was met with skepticism by Nigerian rapper Blaq Bonez, who felt that Khaligraph didn't deserve the title.

Despite Blaq Bonez's apology for taking his earlier post too seriously, Khaligraph Jones did not take the matter lightly and issued a statement announcing his intention to release a diss track aimed at all Nigerian rappers.

True to his word, Khaligraph dropped the hitmaker's 'Me Siogopi' track online, coming through with a flurry of bars directed at Blaq Bonez and other Nigerian rappers.

As the music industry waits with bated breath for a potential response from Blaq Bonez, fans are left to ponder whether Khaligraph's diss track is a 'smash' or 'trash'.
