On December 10, 2019, a deadly attack on the JC Kosher Supermarket in Jersey City left four people dead and raised concerns about domestic terrorism.

A bomb found in the van used by the attackers, David N. Anderson and Francine Graham, could have had a devastating impact, with federal officials stating that it could have killed or wounded people up to five football fields from the site of the siege.

According to officials, the attackers also had materials to make a second bomb, highlighting the potential severity of the situation.

As investigators continue to piece together the events leading up to the attack, they believe that Anderson and Graham were 'fueled both by anti-Semitism and anti-law enforcement beliefs,' as stated by New Jersey's Attorney General, Gurbir S. Grewal.
