According to various sources, the International School of Kenya tops the list with a fee of Ksh 2,070,204 per year. Located in Nairobi, this school offers a North American curriculum and the Baccalaureate Diploma Program.

Founded in 1936, Greensted International School is another notable institution, with a fee of Ksh 1,010,000 per year. Located 6km from Nakuru town, this school offers a British curriculum.
