The man's advice, which was shared online, suggests that women should circumcise themselves from social media, ditch their smartphones, and be home every evening to increase their chances of getting married.
According to the man, women should also limit their friendships to one serious and saved friend who leads a choir in a mainstream church.
He further advises women to wear long dresses and avoid short dresses and tight trousers, which are only suitable for the beach.
On dates, the man recommends that women should make their partners escort them to their matatu stop and not let the date extend past 8 pm.
However, the man's advice has been met with ridicule, with many people questioning the relevance of his suggestions in today's society.
He even excluded women from certain areas of Nairobi, stating that those from Mucatha and Eastlands are 'beyond redemption.'
