January 11, 2020, marked a day when a daring thief perfected the art of snatching phones and ladies' handbags on a busy Nairobi highway.
According to eyewitnesses, the thieves operate by lurking around notorious traffic spots, targeting unsuspecting motorists and passengers who are unlikely to speed off.
One such incident was captured on camera, where two young men were seen moving stealthily towards a woman's car, with her handbag resting on the co-passenger seat.
One of the thieves signaled the woman to move in the opposite direction, allowing his accomplice to grab the handbag and run off with it.
However, the thief's plan was foiled when the woman tried to shoot at them, but they vanished into thin air.
But what happened next was even more shocking - the thief returned the handbag the next day, shouting for the owner to pick it up.
It is alleged that the woman had used the services of Mugwenu Traditional Doctors to discipline the thief, and the police were later called to pick him up.
It is worth noting that KDRTV has no liability to the claims made by Mugwenu Herbalists.
