On January 8, at 11 am in Isinya location, Kajiado, a heinous crime shook the community. Boniface Munyao, a local resident, allegedly committed an unnatural act with a dog, leaving the animal dead.
Hours after his arrest, Munyao was arraigned before a Kagundo court, facing charges of killing an animal and committing an unnatural act with a dog.
According to the charge sheet, Munyao was charged with two counts: killing an animal and having unnatural relations with animals, contrary to section 162 (b) of the penal code.
When presented with the charges, Munyao denied any wrongdoing and was released on a Ksh. 100,000 bond, with a surety of the same amount. The case is set to be mentioned on January 22.
