Kenyan media personality Njambi Koikai has been through a tumultuous journey, marked by a year-long stay in the US for medical treatment in 2019. Her health struggles began in 2018, when she was hospitalized multiple times due to endometriosis.

Despite the challenges, Njambi persevered, raising funds for her medical expenses and undergoing numerous surgeries and procedures.

On Tuesday evening, she made a heartwarming return to the entertainment scene, emceeing her first reggae show at The Vineyard in Kiambu, Nairobi. The event was a testament to her resilience and determination.

"My future looked so bleak. All I was doing was literally fighting for my next breath. I made it out alive. God saw me through it all," Njambi posted on her Facebook account, reflecting on her journey.

She expressed her gratitude to her fans, who have been instrumental in her recovery and comeback. "There's a light at the end of the tunnel. I grew up on this lamp. Taa ya mafuta ya taa alafu ikiisha mafuta mnaweka ya stove hapo???There's hope fam. It doesn't matter what you're going through, keep hope alive. God is real, He is in control," she added.

Njambi's comeback is not limited to her entertainment career. She is also scheduled to speak at the Timeless Women's Conference in Kigali on February 20, 2020, further solidifying her commitment to empowering women.
