As entrepreneurs, we often hear the phrase 'think big' when it comes to expanding our business scope. However, for Tony Sahni, Group MD of Securex Agencies (K) Limited, this phrase came with a hefty price tag.

Published on January 8, 2020, Sahni shared his story of investing in several businesses without fully understanding them, simply because they were beyond his expertise.

With the benefit of hindsight, Sahni realized that he would have been better off sticking to his core business rather than spreading himself too thin. As he puts it, 'you cannot sit on two toilet seats, so to speak.'
