January 8, 2020, marked a significant milestone for media personality Njambi Koikai, who had been battling endometriosis since 2018. After a year-long stay in the US, where she underwent numerous surgeries and procedures, Njambi has finally returned to Kenya, seemingly in good health.

Her first public appearance since her return was a reggae show at The Vineyard in Kiambu, where she took to the stage with evident joy. The event marked a triumphant return for the Kenyan reggae queen, who had been a regular guest on NTV's The Trend before her departure.

Reflecting on her journey, Njambi expressed her gratitude to her fans on social media, saying, 'My future looked so bleak. All I was doing was literally fighting for my next breath. I made it out alive. God saw me through it all.'

Her message of hope resonated with her fans, who have been supporting her throughout her recovery. Njambi has been booked for numerous gigs in March, both locally and internationally, and is also set to speak at the Timeless Women's Conference in Kigali on February 20, 2020.
