On January 8, 2020, Vivo, a leading global smartphone brand, unveiled its latest product, the Vivo Y19, in Kenya, expanding its Y-series portfolio in the country.
The Y19 series boasts a 5000mAh battery and a FullView Display, making it an ideal choice for users who want a device that can last all day.
The phone also features a 16 Megapixel AI Triple Rear Camera setup with an f/2.0 aperture, an 8 MP wide-angle lens with an f/2.2 aperture, and a 2 MP macro lens with an f/2.4 aperture, ensuring great photography.
Key Features of the Vivo Y19 ¶
The Vivo Y19 runs on Android Pie 9.0, along with the Funtouch OS 9.2, and comes with an 18 watts Dual-Engine Fast Charging technology, which charges the device twice as fast as a normal charging system.
The phone is available in two variant colors: Magnetic Black and Spring White.
According to Candy Tech, the Vivo Y19 is powered by an Octa-Core Mediatek Helio P65 processor with a 2.0 GHz clock speed and an Arm Mali-G52 2EEMC2 GPU for gaming.
The device also features 4 GB of DDR4 RAM and 128 GB of internal expandable storage, a large 6.53-inch IPS LCD display with FHD+ pixels resolution.
The Vivo Y19 will be joining the budget-friendly Y-series, which includes the Y12, Y15, Y90, and Y17, all of which are currently retailing in stores countrywide.
