Greg Snow, a member of the Muthaiga Golf Club, maintained his lead in the third round of the Safari Tour's seventh leg at the Thika Greens Golf Resort, despite a challenging day that saw most players struggle.

With a total score of four under par 212, Snow is poised to take home the top prize in the one million shilling event. However, he is closely followed by Simon Ngige of Thika Sports Club, who is just two shots behind with a score of two under par 214.

Ngige was one of the few players who managed to shoot under par in the third round, alongside David Wakhu and John Wangai, who both posted impressive scores of three under par 69.

Wakhu and Wangai are currently tied for sixth place with Edwin Mudanyi and Riz Charani, who both scored one over par 73. Nigeria's Andrew Odoh and Erick Ooko are also in the running, with scores of two under par 216.

However, not all players had a successful day. Nelson Mudanyi of Muthaiga Golf Club struggled, posting a disappointing score of nine over par 81. The final round of the tournament will take place on Wednesday, with the prize giving ceremony scheduled for 2pm.

The overall winner of the Magical Kenya and Absa Group-sponsored event will take home Sh150,000.
