January 7, 2020, marked a day when NTV senior anchor Ken Mijungu sparked a firestorm after his comeback to a emotional post by media personality Betty Kyallo about her daughter Ivanna's illness.
At the time of Ivanna's illness, her parents, Dennis Okari and Betty Kyallo, had separated, making it difficult for them to deal with the situation and caregiving.
Adding to the complexity, Dennis Okari had already found new love, Naomi Joy, while Betty Kyallo was being treated like a queen by her alleged Somali mystery lover.
Now, it has become a tug-of-war between the two interested parties, which has since gone viral.
Death Threats ¶
Ken Mijungu revealed that his life and that of Dennis Okari were in danger after he exposed a Facebook post that ignited a bush fire.
According to Mijungu, the Somali guy had called him twice, threatening him over Betty Kyallo and a post he had made on his Facebook page.
Ken Mijungu added that he had reported the issue to the police and was awaiting their response.
The police are investigating the matter.
