Published on January 6, 2020, LG G9 leaks have revealed an upgraded camera housing and design similar to the Samsung Galaxy S10.
According to cashakaro, a prolific leaker, the LG G9 will feature a near-zero measurement bezel, a 6.7-6.9-inch display, and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
The device will also have a quad-camera setup, dual flash, and a centre-aligned punch-hole selfie camera.
LG's G9 is expected to have a larger battery than its predecessor, the G8, which had a 3,500mAh battery. The G8X Thinq's battery was boosted to 4000mAh, so it's likely that the G9's battery will be 4500mAh or higher.
LG has filed patents that suggest the G9 may feature a buttonless design and a camera ring around the lens.
The LG G9 is expected to be launched during the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2020, following the release of the LG G8 in the same period in 2019.
The pricing of the LG G9 is expected to be similar to the G8, which launched for $819, £640, and AU$1,200.
