Passaris' post attracted the attention of King Kaka, who responded by faulting her for posting about the money she used during the campaign.
Instead of engaging in a heated argument, King Kaka told Passaris to focus on making Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH) a reliable health services provider.
Passaris hit back at King Kaka, calling him 'full and fooled' and accusing him of thinking he can drive change through hate.
