January is here, and with it, the usual negative energy that seems to surround the month. But is it really that bad? I've always wondered why January is filled with so much negativity, and I believe it's time we break the cycle.

As we head back to work after the festive season, we should be feeling refreshed and ready to take on the new year. Instead, we often find ourselves walking around with our heads down, feeling like we're carrying the weight of the world on our shoulders. But is it really the month's fault?

Those who blame January for their financial misfortunes are the same ones who will serve us sugarless tea and blame it on the month. They're the ones who will refuse to lend a helping hand, asking if we've been caught off guard by the month's supposed evil energy. But the truth is, we had the whole of December to plan and prepare for the new year. If we're struggling now, it's not January's fault – it's ours.

So, let's stop blaming the month and take responsibility for our actions. Let's not assume that just because we're eating cabbages or walking to work, we're somehow less fortunate than others. And let's not accuse others of having one meal a day and spending the rest of the time chewing cud. It's time we stopped making excuses and started taking control of our lives.

As the author of this article so aptly puts it, 'If you see me munching cabbages any day of this month, don't automatically assume I didn't plan for the month.' Let's take a cue from this and stop making assumptions about others. Let's focus on our own lives and take responsibility for our actions.

So, this January, let's break the cycle of negativity and take control of our lives. Let's stop blaming the month and start taking responsibility for our actions. It's time for a change, and I'm excited to see what the new year brings.
