Manchester City kicked off their FA Cup defence with a convincing 4-1 win over fourth-tier Port Vale on Saturday, January 4, 2020, at Molineux Stadium in Wolverhampton, Britain.

Manchester City's Oleksandr Zinchenko, Sergio Aguero, Taylor Harwood-Bellis, and Phil Foden scored the goals for the team, while Tom Pope of Port Vale equalized in the 34th minute.

Manchester United and Wolverhampton Wanderers, on the other hand, were unable to break the deadlock in their match, resulting in a 0-0 draw.

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer expressed satisfaction with the draw, stating, "I'm happier to be in the replay than going out -- it's a tough place to come."

Wolverhampton Wanderers will have to prepare for another match after their stalemate with Manchester United, who face Manchester City in the League Cup semi-final first leg on Tuesday.
