As the family of the late Stephen Munyiri prepares to lay him to rest on January 4, 2020, in Baltimore, Maryland, a community-led fundraising effort has raised $9,000 towards the estimated $18,000 funeral costs.
According to the funeral committee, an additional $9,000 is needed to cover the expenses, which will be used to give Mr. Munyiri a dignified sendoff.
