Stanley had arrived home early from a Manchester United match after the team's poor performance in the English Premier League.
He had suspected his wife of cheating on him and had sought the services of a native doctor, Mama Phinah, to help him uncover the truth.
According to a neighbour, Moses Kiptoo, Stanley's wife was 'being munched' by Momanyi when he caught them.
Stanley and his neighbours then stormed into the bedroom and found the two men stuck together, unable to separate.
They were eventually separated after an hour-long deliberation by Mama Phinah.
