Celebrity mom Betty Kyallo has been praised by fellow celebrities for her strength and resilience after sharing her daughter Ivanna's harrowing health battle with a rare autoimmune disease.
According to Betty's Facebook post, Ivanna was diagnosed with Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis (ADEM) in early 2019, which caused widespread inflammation in her brain and spinal cord.
As a result, Ivanna lost her ability to walk, talk, and eat, and was placed on life support in the ICU for a month.
Despite the challenges, Betty remained strong and continued to work as a presenter, earning the admiration of her colleagues and fans.
Victoria Rubadiri, Yvonne Okwara, and Nameless were among those who praised Betty for her strength and resilience, with Victoria saying, 'You are one incredible woman!' and Yvonne adding, 'Strength of a great mother.'
Other celebrities, including Sheilah Gashumba, Joyce Doreen Biira, and Diana Opoti, also sent their well-wishes and prayers to Betty and her daughter.
