On January 2, 2020, ZTE announced its flagship phone Axon 10S Pro 5G, which boasts a range of high-end specifications.
The phone features a 6.47-inch FHD+ OLED display, a 3,900mAh battery, and a Snapdragon 865 SOC.
It comes in three RAM/storage configurations: 6GB/128GB, 8GB/256GB, and 12GB/512GB.
Following the US ban on foreign telecoms, which affected the sales of ZTE devices in Western markets, the company has seemingly tracked back with a whole new upgrade of the Axon 10 Pro.
The Axon 10S Pro sports a 20MP front-facing shooter and a triple camera array around back, including a 48MP primary lens, a 20MP ultrawide lens, and an 8MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom.
According to Android Authority, photos reveal a handset with a close likelihood with the rest of the ZTE smartphones.
Senior Vice President Xu Feng of ZTE Corporation and President of ZTE's Mobile Device Division stated, 'ZTE is active in promoting 5G devices globally, to enable more consumers to enjoy the extreme experience brought by 5G.'
He added, 'This year, ZTE is introducing close to 15 5G terminal devices, including nearly 10 5G smartphones worldwide. In addition to ZTE Axon 10s Pro, ZTE will announce the next-generation 5G smartphone, with an affordable price under $430.'
The ZTE Axon 10s Pro adopts the new-generation full-scene system optimization engine Z-Booster 2.0, which intelligently allocates system resources based on the AI algorithm, achieving a smoother user experience in gaming and multiple-task scenarios.
