According to the Orthodox Jewish Public Affairs Council (OJPAC), a call was made at 9:50 pm about a mass stabbing at the home of a Hasidic Rabbi in Monsey, New York State.
Five patients with stab wounds, all Hasidic, were transported to local hospitals, with two reportedly in critical condition.
A man brandishing a machete went into the rabbi's property during a Hanukkah celebration and knifed at least three people before fleeing, CBS New York reported.
