On December 22nd, 32-year-old Kithinji Lee Kinoti, a resident of North Bethesda, went missing in Montgomery County, Maryland.
According to the police, Kinoti was last seen in the 100 block of Halpine Rd in Rockville, MD at approximately 12:50pm on the same day.
He is described as 5'6
