On December 22, 2019, a brazen thief scaled the perimeter wall of the Kenya Institute of Mass Communication in South B, Nairobi, and made his way into the compound.
Security officers, however, were hot on his heels and apprehended him shortly after.
On Friday, the man, identified as Moses Osero, pleaded guilty to the charges before Makadara law courts' senior resident magistrate Jackline Kibosia.
Magistrate Kibosia remanded Osero at Industrial Area Police station until Monday, when the prosecution will present evidence and exhibits for the case.
